New Years Dinner 2017

The New Year’s party is coming up! On that occasion, KOST and Metier has joined forces to make this year's New Years menu for you. We have found the best of our suppliers and have made a 3 course menu + snacks - based on brilliant organic and biodynamic produce in season. The food is cooked, so you just have to heat it up and plate it.

You can just buy the menu or add wine for every dish.

THE MENU
Snacks:
Whole grain “knækbrød” and crisps with herb dip

Starters:
Salted New Years cod with crispy apples, pickled celery and smoked cheesecreme.

Main course:
Fillet of beef and braised shoulder with grilled vegetables, saltbaked beets and red wine sauce.

Dessert:
Poched pear with black currant, white chocolate mousse and crunch.

THE PRACTICALITIES:
The food must be picked up between 11-13 on 31/12 2017 - at Restaurant Metier, Blegdamsvej 70, 2100 KBH Ø.
