Bubbles with Jennifer Delaloca

Italy's 20 regions each have their definition of sparklers. Some is made the 'traditional way', so like in Champagne. And some is made with the 'tank-method', that could be like Prosecco.
A good portion of the bubble-loving people turn their heads towards Champagne when in need of fizz, therefore this evenings dinner, hosted by Jennifer Delaloca, has become reality to get a little louder about the overwhelming palette of stunning bubbly wines that are made throughout the whole of Italy. While Prosecco is surely currently a fizz front runner (mostly tank-method made), traditional-made sparklers from gorgeous appellations such as Franciacorta and Trentino (TrentoDoc) aren't allowed much space.

We're changing this tonight serving a lovely 6-course Summer menu accompanied by yummy sparklers from the classic Prosecco-zone, from Trentino and from Franciacorta

6 courses (primarily sea food and vegetables) accompanied by 7 sparkling wines:

2 sparkling wines from the classic Prosecco-area (one is served at arrival)
3 sparkling wines from Trentino
3 Franciacorta's (that's 2 sparkling wines from Franciacorta)
