Chinese Whisper
A twist on a classic whiskey sour, The Chinese Whisper is based on Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon. We add Danish apple “Wine” from the good people of Cold Hand Winery in Randers, lemon juice & fermented gooseberry syrup. The result is a nicely balanced sweet & sour cocktail with warm notes of baked apple & bourbon and the zing of freshness from gooseberry.

Chinese Whisper

Brønnum is located in an old historical listed building and has just been reverently refurbished.
The place has a spacious and welcoming feel and has a history of being café, bar & restaurant for more than 125 years. It is steeped in history. Famous Danish musicians, artists & writers, (including H. C. Andersen & Kim Larsen) have frequented the place through its coloured history. Both society’s highs and lows, notorious or famous, have been eating, drinking and dancing here through the ages.
