Christmas menu 2025:

• Christiansøpigen's herring with dill cream, onion, capers, horseradish.
• Curry herring with egg, onion and capers.
• Gravad salmon with mustard dressing and herbs.
• Pan-fried plaice fillet with coarse remoulade and lemon.
• Rib roast with Pilekælderens red cabbage and pickled cucumber.
• Chicken salad of fresh young roosters with bacon and apples.
• Barbary duck breast with pickled cranberries and apple/prune compote.
• *Christmas sausage with coarse mustard and pickled beetroot.
• *Two types of organic cheeses with appropriate garnish
• Rice salamander with Polynesian vanilla and cherry sauce.

Served on platters at the table with homemade bread - option to supplement all meat dishes.
