Christmas menu 2025:
- Christiansøpigen's herring with dill cream, onion, capers, horseradish.
- Curry herring with egg, onion and capers.
- Gravad salmon with mustard dressing and herbs.
- Pan-fried plaice fillet with coarse remoulade and lemon.
- Rib roast with Pilekælderens red cabbage and pickled cucumber.
- Chicken salad of fresh young roosters with bacon and apples.
- Barbary duck breast with pickled cranberries and apple/prune compote.
- *Christmas sausage with coarse mustard and pickled beetroot.
- *Two types of organic cheeses with appropriate garnish
- Rice salamander with Polynesian vanilla and cherry sauce.
Served on platters at the table with homemade bread - option to supplement all meat dishes.
Everything is made from scratch!!!
