Get ready to embark on a safari on tasteful and colorful dishes with exotic fruits and vegetables from the African continent!
That is the sound of the beat when Uganic invites a handful of their friends from the market square to fire up the African pots and pans. We will, amongst other things, taste local fruits, vegetables and roots served in the traditional banana palm leaves and served on colorfull platters - family style at its best. You can add spices according to your personal preference, giving everyone the opportunity to join in.
You can look forward to try selected dishes from West and East Africa and we can promise you that it will be tour de force of taste and flavors.
