Amanda Cohen is a high-profile cook and owner of Dirt Candy, the award-winning vegetable restaurant on New York City's Lower East Side. Dirt Candy was the first plant-based restaurant in New York and received two stars from the New York Times, are recommended by the Michelin Guide and have won prizes in Gourmet Magazine, Village Voice, and many others. Amanda was the first vegetarian cook to compete in Iron Chef America, and in 2018, New York Magazine appointed Dirt Candy to "The Absolute Best Restaurant on the Lower East Side".
Trine Hahnemann, owner and CEO of Hahnemanns Køkken, is a cook, food writer, cookbook writer and passionate advocate for sustainable solutions and green meals. She has written over 10 books and is renowned both nationally and internationally for her work.
