Hot pot--also known as Shabu-shabu in Japan and Korean, steamboat in Thailand, is one of the most popular Asian food. We miss a hot pot restaurant in Copenhagen. But in Copenhagen Cooking Festival you will get the opportunity to explore the it, both the “normal” version and vegetarian version.

• Interactive eating adventure
In a way, you will “cook” your own food. Take your time while engaging with 14 different Asian vegetables and ingredients. Explore their unique features and flavours.

• 2 types of hot pot soup base: spicy one and non-spicy one (In vegetarian version, the non-spicy soup will be changed to special vegetable soup)
• 2 types of meat (In vegetarian version, meat will be replaced by other Asian ingredients)
• 6 types of fresh vegetables
• 6 Asian ingredients
• 2 different hot pot sauces
We also provide a variety of selected Asian juice, Asian beer & sake and wine.
