Join me backstage and taste and experience the world of ice when invite you inside my ice cream shop, Østerberg Icecream, on Østerbro.

We start with two types of ice cream; a sorbet and milky ice cream, while I tell about the science behind ice cream and what I associate with the ideal ice cream. Afterwards we go to the kitchen where I want to demonstrate an ice cream production based on a ready made ice-cream base, which we make more delicious with selected ingredients. Of course we will enjoy the finished ice cream afterwards.
