We’re repeating last year’s success and inviting you to celebrate the New Year with the best flavors from Bjørn & Delfino’s 2025 menu – gathered in one unforgettable New Year’s feast. This menu brings together the year’s favorites from our menu, our guests’ top picks, and our most beloved signature dishes – all carefully composed so you can enjoy the magic of B&D at home.
Starter
Carpaccio of Danish haddock with tangy yuzu vinaigrette, cantaloupe melon, and mint.
Main
Pan-seared beef onglet with sautéed spinach, bitter greens, and spiced pumpkin purée. Served with a sauce of Marsala, red wine, and beef jus.
Pescetarian alternative:
Baked langoustine with mussel sauce. Danish langoustine, baked "en papillote" with a creamy mussel sauce with white wine, cream and herbs. Served with sautéed spinach, bitter lettuce and creamy pumpkin puree with warm spices.
Dessert
Rich chocolate cremoso with vanilla, baked plums in Madeira, and roasted hazelnuts.
