Be the first tasting our spectacular autumn menu which contains unique savours on Michelin level. In the last couple of months head chef Nicola Fanetti have used his expertise and skills in creating our unique new autumn menu, where only the best products from this season will be used.

6 Courses for 600,- including home-made sourdough bread and water
- Artic trout carpaccio with seaweed vinaigrette and toasted flaxseed
- Aged potatoe with buttermilk, sesame seeds and watercress
- Karl Johan mushroom with Spanish chervil cream and wood sorrel
- Amatricana style risotto
- Free-range quail with black garlic, redcurrant sauce and wild dild oil
- Pine shoot ice-cream with Jersey yoghurt mousse and bee pollen tuile
