BOUILLON NEW YEAR'S EVE TAKEOUT DINNER

Let Bouillon take care of your New Year's Eve dinner so you can spend your time painting nails and polishing your dancing shoes.

All you have to do is order the menu, pick it up from a restaurant near you on New Year's Day and heat it up for your guests in the evening. Bouillon's chefs will prepare everything for you, except for the tournedos, which is best cooked just before serving.


Entrée

Creamy rillette of baked and hot smoked salmon 

with crispy salads and dill


Plat

Tournedos of beef tenderloin 

pommes Anna, haricots verts and red wine sauce


Dessert

Gâteau au chocolat 

with crème anglaise and pickled plums


Served with sourdough bread with butter from Brittany
