Join us for a tasting of the finest kind when Le Petit Vinbar and Den Grønne Kutter team up during Copenhagen Cooking. These two have made it a monthly tradition to serve champagne and oysters in the cozy French wine bar – and now, for one special evening, they’re bringing the delicious duo to the festival tent on the town square.

Den Grønne Kutter will dive into the world of oysters and show you how to open them like a true fishmonger. Along the way, you’ll taste your way through three different oysters, while Le Petit Vinbar pours the perfect matching champagne.

Feeling hungry for more? Additional oysters and champagne will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Half French. Half Danish. And fully delicious.

Le Petit Vinbar brings an international touch as stallholders Ole Mejlby and Sylvain Codron fill your glass in the small wine and dining bar. Although they have a soft spot for champagne, forget about pretentious vibes here.

The duo focuses on the wine itself, personally importing their wines and champagnes from producers they’re on a first-name basis with. It’s essential to Ole and Sylvain that they’ve visited each producer themselves – to guarantee quality in every bottle.

Den Grønne Kutter

Fresh catch from near and far fills the counter at Den Grønne Kutter – a stall firmly anchored in sustainable waters.

As the name suggests, the team at Den Grønne Kutter works closely with local fishermen using gentle and responsible fishing methods to bring in their salt-kissed harvest.

The team includes friends Baha and Yasser. The latter has worked in the fish industry for over a decade – and even married into a fishing family from Lolland.

The event takes place in the tipi tent on the town square – so dress for the weather and consider bringing an extra layer.

Ticket price does not include booking fee.
