Restaurant Ofelia in the Royal Danish Playhouse celebrates the jump into 2018 and invites to Cuban New Year's party with. The evening will be full of great live music, salsa, shows, mojitos and a delicious 4-course New Year's menu.

We transform the wooden terrace into the Malecon, decorate the long tables and make sure that the Cuban atmosphere is present in every corner of the beautiful foyer when we open the doors to the last party of the year.

Menu:
- Langoustine served in pickled onion shells with estragon emulsion and cress
- Smoked cod with apples from Lilleø and mayo on hazelnuts
- Medium rare veal with blackberry, fondant from potatos, confit of roots from Søris and sauce flavored with truffle
- Chocolate fondant with cherry ice cream and blackberry meringue
- Coffee and sweet
In addition, long proofed bread baked from Meyer Bakery with ecological flour grown in the Nordic region.
The menu is served with a delicious wine menu.
