On September 20th 2020, The Danish Dairy Board and Ost & ko invites you to Denmark's best cheese dish 2020. Experience 10 of the best Danish restaurants compete against each other in winning the honourable title and a 20.000 DKK. price.

Cheese is the star of the day, when the chefs will give their bid of the best Danish cheese dish of 2020.

A competent panel of judges are ready to evaluate and elect the winner: Helle Brønnum Carlsen, restaurant critic for Weekendavisen, Lærke Kløvedal, restaurant critic for Politiken, Lisbeth Jacobsen, restaurateur at Restaurationen, Rasmus Palsgård, food journalist and jury chairman at 360 Eat Guide, and Erwin Lauterbach, chef and restaurateur at Restaurant Lumskebugten.

The host of the evening is Marie Holm.

The ticket includes:

Access to Denmark’s best cheese dish 2020
A delicious platter of salads from RØRT
A beer from Kølster or non-alcoholic refreshment
One piece of pastry from Møllers hjemmebag
Coffee

During the intense and entertaining battle at CPH Food Space you will also have the opportunity to taste some of the dishes from the nominated restaurants, taste the cheeses in the dishes and visit the milk bar all while dj Rikke Bronx sets the vibe.
