DDR is, of course, a Danish wordplay with references. It is both "what it is" and "what is there". And it is Ramen.
In practice, this means that the food we will create should ensure that both body and soul are nourished and energised for the days ahead.
Therefore, we believe in using what nature provides: even though ingredients and produce might not be pretty enough for our stores, they have plenty of good taste for us, so we use all the ingredients produced - before they are discarded. Tonight's focus is therefore on sustainability and minimal waste of good produce.
