Winterspring’s chefs have created a menu that takes you on an exquisite experience with the best seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques.
The evening begins with champagne and salty savouries, afterwards you will have desserts as ”raspberry, beach chamomile and almond. Throughout the night you will taste different selected Champagnes. The night will end with petit fours and danish ’flødebolle’ / cream puffs made with berries and chocolate from Original Beans.
Winterspring’s head chef Emil Eshardt comes with experience from AOC and Søllerød Kro. With his team of brilliant chefs, he has created a menu at extraordinary high level.
