Provence is the friendship region of the year at Copenhagen Cooking 2025 — known for its sunny landscapes, rich food culture, and love for simple, high-quality ingredients. During the festival, we bring Provence to Copenhagen through the flavors, scents, and moods of the South of France.

Sans Souci is a place, a kitchen, and a philosophy. There’s no fuss on our plates — just a strong belief that food should taste really good, and that a proper glass of wine never hurt anyone. At Sans Souci, we believe we only have one life, and it should be carefree when we eat, drink, and enjoy each other’s company.
