A feast served in the classical traditions of Indian temple foods, the kinds you don't find in restaurants. The event is a multi course meal with special dishes, almost plant based that are normally cooked as an offering in temples and then served to devotees. The event comes with nuanced explanations and ample opportunity for discussion.

Appetite Studio was founded by Priya Mani, an award winning food researcher, cookbook author and designer. This event will be hosted by Priya and her studio team.

A journey of six courses each representing a distinct cuisine from various regions of India - representing icon dishes served in the temples of each region. A combination, of savory, sweet and aromatic foods - a play on deep sensory but simple foods - definitely not a stereotypical curry.
