Take a seat at the long table and join us for a unique rooftop dinner at DoMore, perched above Dybbølsbro. We invite you to a cosy and atmospheric “Scandirabian” feast, featuring a flavourful vegetarian mezze menu inspired by the meeting of Middle Eastern and Scandinavian food cultures.
As part of Copenhagen Cooking, this dinner shines a special spotlight on the humble onion – celebrated in all its forms.
This evening is a tribute to close-knit community and sustainable development – and what better way to honour both than by sharing an organic meal with your neighbours? Come and experience how food can bring people together across backgrounds – and how you, as a guest, can help make a difference, one bite at a time.

DoMore is much more than just a place to eat. We are an organically certified, sustainability-driven and community-led space where food and people meet. Our daily mission is to create opportunities and perspective for individuals from diverse backgrounds – and our guests play an active role in driving social change.
This Year’s Headliner: The Onion
In 2025, we celebrate the onion in all its forms – from crisp and fresh to slowly caramelized. The onion is more than just an ingredient; it’s a carrier of flavor that can transform any meal. Copenhagen Cooking invites you on a culinary journey through the many layers of the onion, where taste, creativity, and community take center stage.
