On 19 August, the boys from 1628 on Bornholm take over Copenhagen, led by Alex Bak, and invite you to a sumptuous seafood pop-up, where you are invited to an unforgettable evening in the sign of the sea.

From the wild North Sea to the heart of the capital, the menu offers the best of the season's catch, served with love, fire and sea gusto. Expect razor-sharp technique, raw charm and flavours that dance between the elegant and the uninhibited.

Your host
Alex is 35 years old, a relatively newly trained chef, and the new head chef and partner at the new Bistro and Wine Bar in Rønne. He trained under Daniel Kruse at Det Røde Pakhus in Rønne. He participated in Copenhagen Cooking last year and thought it was a great experience and wants to try it again this year. Alex is part of the accelerator programme Tomorrow's Food Talents and is looking forward to popping up in Copenhagen for an evening.
