Pho ga (chicken soup)
The famous Vietnamese national dish. Mildly spiced chicken soup with flat rice noodles and slices of chicken, served with fresh coriander.
STARTER 2 - Two kinds of Vietnamese rolls
1.Ca ngu cuon diep (Fresh rolls with fresh funa)
Marinated fresh tuna, cilantro, mint, sweet basil, Vietnamese pickles, kohlrabi, pepper fruits, cucumber wrapped beautifully in a leaf of lettuce, covered with sesame seeds and chopped peanuts.
2. Cha gio (Fried springrolls)
Vietnamese deep fried spring rolls, with a fill of minced chicken, forest mushroom, onion, carrot and glass noodle, wrapped in a thin rice paper (rice pancake) and fried golden.
MAIN COURSE
Goi bo (Salad with beef)
Vietnamese salad with stir fried beef, lotus, green mango, cabbage, carrot, kohlrabi, fresh herbs in a marinade of vinegar, garlic, lemon, coriander, sesame and peanuts.
DESSERT
Kem trai cay
Ice-cream with fresh fruits.
