Fermentation Workshop

At this course we invite you to take part in the world of fermentation, where you learn about what fermentation is, and what you can do with it.

What will you learn in this class?
During this class you will get tips and ideas how to use fermented vegetables in your daily cooking, as well as learn about the principles of fermentation. You will get to taste different fermented things, like kombucha and kimchi, and you will, of course, also get to make your own variation of e.g. kraut, kimchi, fermented lemons and other vegetables.


In our classes:
We will offer you tea, coffee, water and some snacks upon arrival, and a work station will be ready for you.
There are max. 12 persons in a class. The class is hands-on, and you work in groups of 4.
The class will end with a shared meal, and you can take home your recipes as well as a glass with your fermented goods.
This course can be taught in Danish and English and takes 2-3 hours.
