TASTE THE SURPLUS!
To mark the ending of Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival, we invite you to a special final lunch based on the surplus of the all the delicacies served throughout the festival at the festival core on Israels Plads.
The final lunch emphasizes the festival’s overall focus on food waste reduction by presenting a family-friendly and picnic-oriented lunch solely based on the surplus food generated at the festival site. The menu itself will maintain a surprise until you pick it up, as no one can predict surplus food. However, knowing the products from the food entrepreneurs at the festival site, we can guarantee that the baseline for the lunch consist of a very high quality.
CCFF teamed up with Rub & Stub, who will be in charge of developing the lunch. Rub & Stub specializes in transforming surplus food into new food experiences and thus showing the great potential in food that could have been wasted otherwise. In exchange for the ticket for the final lunch, you get a conveniently packed picnic bag full of surprises and delicacies.

You can pick it up any time during the event from 12.30 to 15.30. Your picnic bag can be consumed at the festival site, at the park or maybe just at home on your couch.
