The location is perfect for a dinner under the stars and this summer we will make it happen with a special event for Cooking i Byen! The head chef from Roots will prepare a fantastic fish barbecue with fresh catch from the ocean, which will be introduced by a selection of fish entrées blending Spanish tradition with modern Nordic cuisine. The dishes will be paired with 3 wines selected by our head sommelier.
