Folkets Madhus (People's Food House) and students from the Hotel and Restaurant School in Copenhagen are on a joint mission. They want to create Copenhagen's best hot dog - together with the guests.
At the Copenhagen Cooking's last day, the star chefs and butchers of the future will take the classic hot dog under loving treatment in the ‘hotdog workshop’, where they, together with the festival's guests, experiment with toppings and new flavor combinations.
