Restaurant Kronborg has created a delicious spring platter with their regulars' favourites, a.o. their home-baked vol-au-vents, which won the Danish Championship in 'tartelet' in 2021, and their pan-fried fillets of plaice which respected food critic, Søren Frank, named 'the best in CPH'.
Brew Master, Michael Rahbek, from Nørrebro Bryghus has composed a beer menu to be enjoyed with the platter with a.o. the newly launched New England IPA.
