Friday dinner in Kulturtårnet on Knippelsbro with the city's best view of the Port of Copenhagen.

EmSALMA and Mullins Beets will prepare a 3-course menu with 3 glasses of natural wine from Rosforth & Rosforth.

Both EmSALMA and Mullins Beets are both culinary companies that want to highlight cultural food and plant-based food more delicate, interesting and not least accessible in everyday life.

All menus consist of a welcome with natural wine and salty snacks. This is followed by three servings served on platters, plates and boards as well as two glasses of natural wine from Rosforth & Rosforth.

The Lebanese plant-based dinner and wine consists of:

3 servings served on parts dishes, plates and boards.
3 glasses of natural wine adapted to the menu from Rosforth & Rosforth.

DKK 500 per envelope + ticket fee.

We again introduce Friday food as communal dining. As we believe that we need each other more than ever, so in each room in the Culture Tower there will be 8 people sitting at a long table.

We are thorough with the cleaning and there will be hand sanitizer available to all guests.
