Anarki & Mêlée is part of the Frederiksberg Harvest Feast, where they will serve a fantastic three-course dinner in partnership with two organic farmers: Krogagergaard and Nørby's.
At Anarki we are without dogmas both in terms of food and wine. We are inspired by the whole world and will not limit ourselves to fit into a particular genre except to be an honest and uncompromising bistro kitchen. At Mêlée we serve bistro food with personality from the french couisine, where it is natural to eat three simple and well-prepared dishes of the season's best ingredients for a complete dining experience. For Frederiksberg Harvest Feast, we present our two bistro kitchens in a special three-course menu that focuses on local produce from organic farmers, sunshine and delicious and crisp wine.
Farmers
At Krogagergaard, in Fenneslev, you will find an organic agriculture where sustainability and connection to nature plays a major role. They strive to give the customers top quality organic meat - they breed, slaughter and make organic products at their own farm. You can read more about Krogagergård here. Nørbys Grøntsager is an organic farm shop, cultivating up to 50 different organic crops a year. Their energy production is green with wind turbine, solar cells and solar heat, and in the field work is done with fertile soil and minimal soil load. You can read more about Nørby´s here.
Menu
The practicalities: You must bring your plate, cutlery and glass yourself. • It is possible to buy beverages on the day. • You will be sitting at the restaurant you buy the ticket, so be sure to buy tickets for the same restaurant if you want to sit together. • We meet at 17.00 and at 18.00 dinner is served. At 21.00 we say thank you for food and see you again next year. • In case of rain, we have taken care of plan B.
Partners: Frederiksberg Harvest Feast is a partnership between Municipality of Frederiksberg, Økologisk Landsforening and Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival. Supported by the Tuborg Foundation. Jalm&B will put delicious Artisan-bread on the table, and Il Fornaio will provide organic olive oil to dip the bread in. Ramlösa will put water on the table for the guests.
