Frederiksberg Harvest Feast - Timm Vladimir´s Kitchen

Timm Vladimir's Kitchen is about presence, relationships and experiences, and these are also the values ?we want to bring to this year's harvest feast. At our Cooking school it is often the guests who prepares the food themself. But on this evening our guests can sit back and enjoy the mood, tastes and be pampered when Timm & team servers snacks and a fantastic three-course harvest menu in partnership with Nørbys Grøntsager - an organic farmer from Klipping.

Timm Vladimir's Kitchen is proud to be part of the Frederiksberg Harvest feast once again and look forward to create the farm-to-table principle together with Nørby's Vegetables. We are looking forward to making Frederiksberg Allé and Harvest Feast even more enjoyable and more tasteful. We hope to see you to a nice evening, happy people, great food and lots of good harvest atmosphere at Frederiksberg.

Menu

Spicy Danish vegetables, crispy soil and herbal cream
Spicy potato with soft potato compote with cream-fry bacon, cheese and herbs
Happy BBQ Eco-pig, season-coleslaw, corncobs with sour cream and sea gull served with homemade bread
Deconstructed Danish earthenware pie - mazarin, chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and jelly

Farmer

Nørbys Grøntsager is an organic farm, cultivating up to 50 different organic crops a year. Their energy production is green with wind turbine, solar cells and solar heat. Nørby's vegetables also have a well-stocked farm shop, where the majority of their products are sold. The farm also has 250 chickens, whose main task is to keep the orchard clean and deliver eggs to all of Nørby's customers.

The practicalities: • You must bring your plate, cutlery and glass yourself. • It is possible to buy beverages on the day. • You will be sitting at the restaurant you buy the ticket, so be sure to buy tickets for the same restaurant if you want to sit together. • We meet at 17.00 and at 18.00 dinner is served. At 21.00 we say thank you for food and see you again next year. • In case of rain, we have taken care of plan B.

Partners: Frederiksberg Harvest Feast is a partnership between Municipality of Frederiksberg, Økologisk Landsforening and Copenhagen Cooking & Food Festival. Supported by the Tuborg Foundation. Jalm&B will put delicious Artisan-bread on the table, and Il Fornaio will provide organic olive oil to dip the bread in. Ramlösa will put water on the table for the guests.
