Frederiksberg Harvest Feast: Bjørnekælderen x YesChef x Mark Hermann Chokolate

At Frederiksberg Allé 55 is Bjørnekælderen v. Mads Dalsborg, which this year has created a three-course menu for Frederiksberg Harvest Feast together with the good people from YesChef and Mark Hermann Chokolate.

Bjørnekælderen on Frederiksberg Allé opened in 2021 with Mads Dalsborg in front as head chef. Mads, who has previously been head chef at Mondän and Bistro Panpan in Copenhagen Zoo, has with the rest of the team created a restaurant based on the classic, French cuisine added to a wealth of Nordic ingredients.

At YesChef you can have kitchen cabinets and drawers filled up, whether you are looking for quality equipment or fantastic ingredients. YesChef has gathered the best and most innovative products for cooking, and has, whether you are a professional chef or a food-loving amateur chef, the kitchen utensils for you. The foods at YesChef are specially selected based on their quality and taste, and the range includes a wealth of good and tasty traditional foods from Japan.

Behind Mark Hermann Chokolate is Mark Hermann, whose passion for chocolate really took off with his education as a pastry chef. Mark's abilities got him on the Danish national confectionery team, of which he was a part for five years with participation in the Danish Championships, European Championships and World Cups, and he has also created sweet things in the kitchens at the Michelin restaurants Geranium, Nimb and Søllerød Kro. Mark Hermann Chokolate works on the basis of a philosophy that the next generation must also be able to use the earth's resources, which means that they are actively working on many of the 17 World Goals.

The practicalities: • You must bring your own plate, cutlery and glasses. • We provide both beer and wine bars on the avenue. • You will be sitting at the restaurant you are buying a ticket for, so remember to buy tickets for the same restaurant, if you would like to sit together. • We meet from 5:00 p.m., and at 6:00 p.m. we all sit at the table. At 9.00 pm. we will leave the tables and the event will close down • In case of rain, we have provided a roof over your head.

Il Fornaio provides handmade Primitivo sourdough bread for the table, and award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil to dip the bread in.

Lobster and Lyssej
Cucumber, Rice Vinegar, Buttermilk, Miso and Seaweed

Main course:
Chicken, 'Unghane'
Ginger, Dashi Sauce, Carrots and Shiso

Dessert:
Ice cream cake
White chocolate, Ice cream with vanilla miso and Blackberry sorbet with yuzu.
