Frederiksberg Harvest Feast: Janice x Danish Crown Dyrbar x Kiselgården

At Vesterbrogade 122 is the newly opened restaurant and wine bar Janice, which for this year's Frederiksberg Harvest Feast has joined forces with Dyrbar to create an unforgettable dinner.

At Janice they work with seasonal ingredients, but the dogmas are not so firm that taste is not always the most important thing. Both the dishes and the wines at Janice are changed daily according to light and available ingredients. Janice is a combined restaurant and wine bar, so you can both stop by to satisfy your hunger and explore the wine list, but also to have a quick drink at the bar. As with the food, the people are not dogmatic about "natural wine" but have a predilection for the pure, unmanipulated and vibrant wines.

Dyrbar is the little sister of Guldrummet, where Danish Crown has been producing quality meat for Danish restaurants for more than 20 years. With Dyrbar, the quality meat is now also available to the ordinary consumer, who is looking for the quality and the cuts that are otherwise not easy to find.

The practicalities: • You must bring your own plate, cutlery and glasses. • We provide both beer and wine bars on the avenue. • You will be sitting at the restaurant you are buying a ticket for, so remember to buy tickets for the same restaurant, if you would like to sit together. • We meet from 5:00 p.m., and at 6:00 p.m. we all sit at the table. At 9.00 pm. we will leave the tables and the event will close down • In case of rain, we have provided a roof over your head.

Il Fornaio provides handmade Primitivo sourdough bread for the table, and award-winning organic extra virgin olive oil to dip the bread in.

Starter:
Smoked mackerel with summer salad of peas and lemon

Main course:
Dry aged pork breast from Dyrbar in summer barbecue.
Served with
Beets & green beans.
Potato salad with pickled mustard and lovage

Dessert:
Cheesecake a la Janice.
