Restaurant Anarki is an institution at Frederiksberg. In 2019 the bistro is once again part of Frederiksberg Harvest Feast. Together with organic farm ‘Nørbys Grøntsager’ Anarki will serve a no fuss and delicious 'bistronomique'-style three-course menu.
Anarki is a small bistro-style restaurant located in the Frederiksberg neighborhood of Copenhagen and is the sister restaurant of well-established Restaurant Mêlée. As opposed to the francophile Mêlée, the dogma of Anarki is that they don’t have any - hence the name of the restaurant. For many years Anarki has been awarded a ‘Bib Gourmand’ by the Michelin Guide. Nørbys Grøntsager is an organic farm shop, cultivating up to 50 different organic crops a year. Their energy production is green using wind turbines, solar cells and solar heat, and in the field; work is done with fertile soil and minimal soil load. You can read more about Nørby’s here.
The practicalities: Each guest has to bring their own plate, cutlery and glass • There will be both beer and wine bars on sight • You will be sitting at the table of the specific restaurant, so be sure to buy tickets for the same restaurant if you want to sit together • We meet at 17.30 and at 18.00 dinner is served • At 21.00 we say thank you and good bye • In case of rain we have taken care of plan B.
