Join us at One Lemon for a fun and flavourful hands on workshop, where its all about open sandwiches - the Danish way.
We will start with a brief introduction to the history of smørrebrød before heading into the kitchen, where we will create 3 delicious vegetarian versions using fresh, seasonal produce.
You will learn how to pickle, emulsify and fry, while exploring textures, colours and plating techniques. Get inspired to to use vegetables in new ways and pick up surprising tricks along the way.
We will finish the workshop with enjoying the food together in our bright and welcoming dining space.

One Lemon is run by Kelly and Maj, who have multiple years of experience cooking, teaching and running eateries in Copenhagen.
