Grow edible mushrooms on your coffee grounds. At this workshop, Beyond Coffee will teach you how to reuse your coffee grounds at home in your own kitchen as a growing medium for oyster mushrooms. At the workshop we will start with coffee grounds from the festival - the rest you have to add at home over the next 3-4 weeks. At the workshop you will also get tips for growing of mushrooms in general and a few tips to other growth medias.

To participate, you must purchase a starter-kit. The price is 175 kr. and 2 people can share one starter-kit.

The starter-kit can be purchased at Beyond Coffee's stall at the marketplace at the festival.
