Gyoza pop up på The Set

Join us for one of the biggest events of the year. The opening of Gyoza Bar is just around the corner – opening in a pop-up format from April.

We start out at The Set every Thursday in April (the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th)

We will be serving in two seatings per night:

1st seating from 18.00-20.00
2nd seating from 20.00-22.30

Menu:

- Salmon tatar with wasabi, yuzo,soya dressing, Mango tobigo and daikon

- Beef tataki with wasabi cream, goma, almond and Chervil.

- Tempura shrimp with chili cream, soya, sesame and cress salad.

Gyoza
1.Salmon with seaweed 2stk
2.Spicy shrimp with mango 2stk

- Side dishes
Sauté Bok choy, Shitake,soya and sesame

- Dipping sauce
Wasabi cream

3.Gyoza Chicken and goat cheese 2stk

- Side dishes
Mango salad with carrot, apple, red onion and roasted cashew nut

- Dipping sauce
Chili Mayo

NB:
For all dishes we will be serving a traditional gyoza sauce made on soya, rice vinegar, sesame oil and chili.

Price 310 kr.


You will be able to buy a variety of beverages (beer, wine, drinks, water and Cola) at the event.

IMPORTANT
If you are vegetarian if you can not tolerate seafood, please write us at info@gyozabarcph.com and we will make sure to make a special menu for you.


We look forward to welcoming you in the beautiful surroundings at the set. We will be set up long tables and dim the lights - but crank up the charm.
