The festival is brought to life in a collaboration between Valby Local Committee and Copenhagen Hospitaly College. We are a school for everyone who loves good food and good hospitality. We educate students who enrich the world with sustainable gastronomy and hospitality: chef, caterer, waiter, receptionist, nutrition assistant, baker/confectioner, EUX and 10th grade. We also hold courses and cooking schools for both private individuals and professionals.

Arrangementet er en del af Copenhagen Cooking, en årligt tilbagevendende madfestival i København. I 10 dage fra den 16. – 25. august samler vi de absolut bedste kokke, restauranter, gastro-nørder, kulturinstitutioner og madfolk for at hylde hovedstadens madscene.
