Spit roasted organic ox on Gråbrødretorv
Presented by Peder Oxe
Once a year Peder Oxe slowroast an entire ox in the middle of the historic square, Gråbrødretorv. This is a Danish tradition originating from when King Christian the Fourth was crowned in 1596. In the evening the ox will be placed over the grill and at lunchtime the next day guests can taste a piece of the slowroasted beef served with an organic salad, bread and butter. Experience this lunch event which takes place in the middle of the beautiful Gråbrødretorv – this year to the sound of the jazz trio Lasse Rømer Trio.
Address: Gråbrødretorv
