Join us when Pudding Queen, cookbook author, radio personality and food writer, Marie Holm invites you to sit around a quivering Sunday dessert table at her private home in Nørrebro:
There will be served the most beautiful puddings on nicely set longtables and you’re allowed to eat until you drop! You’re definitely going to taste my signature pudding; salted caramel pudding with salted caramel sauce and a mound of crunchy caramel popcorn and the pretty marbled blueberry and lemon swirl pudding. As it’s pear season I will also be serving vanilla bavarois with a pear and verbena jelly and the lucky eaters are to experience the world’s best rhum pudding with banana and passion fruit compote. During the day I am going to share the sweet history of pudding and I might unmould a pudding or two.
What’s included in the price are the 4 different puddings, as much Coffee Collective-cofffee or Tante Te-tea you can drink and a glass of Frederiksdal cherry wine.
