Join us for a pre-dinner aperitivo inspired by the convivial culture of Southern Europe, where great wine, music, and food are meant to be shared around one table.
At the center of the experience is Sant'Ilario, a remarkable 34-month-aged Prosciutto di Parma, hand-sliced throughout the evening and served as part of a relaxed sharing table experience. Alongside the ham, we will serve a selection of snacks and small bites designed to complement its delicate sweetness and complexity.
The evening is accompanied by carefully selected Italian and Spanish wines, chosen by our sommelier team from regions where cured ham and wine have been enjoyed together for generations. Guests are invited to bring a vinyl record and take part in the soundtrack of the evening, creating a communal listening experience around the table.
An intimate gathering with only 10 seats available.

Roots winebar was founded in 2019 by Felix Chamorro with the ambition of creating a place where wine is at the center of everything. It is a community of wine people, true wine enthusiasts, driven by a simple and honest approach to wine. They work directly with small producers across Europe, carefully selecting products with a focus on quality and origin.
At Roots winebar, everything is guided by craftsmanship, tradition, and a Slow Food mindset.
