Meet Yuna Kim
Yuna’s love for gastronomy has its roots in her homecountry Korea, where she grew up with fermented and plantebased food inspired by traditions and buddhist rules of living. The past four years she has enriched Denmark with her cooking skills at restaurants such as Relæ, Manfreds, Jordnær and Restaurant Barr. Before she recently chanced to a souschef position at Dyrehaven, where she will influence the menu with a hint of Korea.
