Appetizers to share

Bruschetta with Sicilian tomato pesto and guanciale

Lightly-cooked salmon with smoked cheese cream, pickled onions and confit capers

Carpaccio of beef with Danish organic “parmesan” from Them, “parmesan” mayo and rocket

Main course

Crispy pork shank with cauliflower cream, oven-roasted potatoes and braiser sauce

Dessert

Panna cotta with cherry compote, chocolate pieces and almond

Including drinks

House wine, draft beer, soda and water ad libitum for 2 hours
