Welcome to the Kitchen Stage – conversations, taste, and sharp perspectives
At the festival grounds in Kødbyen, you’ll find the Kitchen Stage – Copenhagen Cooking’s vibrant gathering place for conversations, inspiration, and quirky contributions from the worlds of food and culture.
Here, you can take a seat and experience talks, debates, podcasts, and sensory experiments with some of the country’s most exciting voices in gastronomy, research, communication, and literature. This is where we add flavor to ideas and talk about everything happening in and around the kitchen – from fermentation and the future of food to food culture, sustainability, and a love of open-faced sandwiches.
