Cookbook Life and Kitchen Love with Eva Hurtigkarl

Presented by Eva Hurtigkarl

How do you create meals that are beautiful, flavorful – and realistic in a busy everyday life?

On the Green Stage, Eva Hurtigkarl shares insights from her latest cookbook and demonstrates how simple dishes can be elevated with small touches and big intentions. Rooted in her colorful and heartfelt food philosophy, Eva will prepare a dish from the book while reflecting on themes like hospitality, creativity, and the joy of gathering people around the table.

The conversation is moderated by Trine Krebs, who ties the experience together – and of course, the audience will get a little taste along the way.
