Knife sharpening course for beginners

This course introduces the basic skills needed to sharpen and maintain the edge of your knife. You will learn the difference between sharpening and honing of a knife, which sharpening stone you should choose and of course how to use a sharpening stone.
Knife sharpening is a skill which takes more than a few hours to master, but with the course you will have both the theory and practical skills to enable you to keep your knives sharp.
