It has become a tradition at restaurant H3 that we hold a crayfish feast with everything that goes with it.

It will be some festive evenings with traditional decorations, long tables, schnapps, cold drinks and lots of freshly cooked crayfish and shellfish.

It will be possible to book a table the first two weekends in September.

We start at 17:30 and we enjoy ourselves until 22.00.

The evening will feature the following:

• Welcome drink, a small dram, and ½ a bottle of wine per person

• Freshly cooked crayfish

• Shrimps

• Home-smoked prawns

• Crab claws

• Lobster

• Steamed blue mussels

• Mushroom pie with Västerbotten cheese

• Home-baked sourdough bread
