Learn how to cook the legendary French tartiflette

Cheese, potatoes, creme fraiche and bacon put together into one heavenly mouthful. Tartiflette is a traditional signature dish from the alps aroun Savoie but is today enjoyed all over France. Now you can learn how to make this treasured French classic recipe at Ma Poule's tartiflette workshop. 

Join us in the kitchen and learn about the history, the products and how to cook the tartiflette. We will make the dish using authenti and organic products from small French farms and end the day by enjoying the tartiflette we have created together. 

The workshop is run by Ma Poule's chef Frederik Pépin who is a French ambassador to the bone and will share his joy and great knowledge about the French cuisine. 

The mnu of course includes your home made tartiflette as well as a glass of wine or other beverage. 

Good to know:
• At the workshop you will be put into groups of four, and together you will make the tartiflette to share (there is enough for everyone)
• The price includes a drink, wine beer or water
• Participants must be over 12 years old to participate
