Copenhagen Cooking is an annual food festival in Copenhagen.
Every year at the end of August, we gather the absolute best chefs, restaurants, gastro-nerds, cultural institutions and food people for a 10-day celebration of the capital's food scene.
Long table dinner in Magstræde is a unique outdoor long table dinner that revolves around community, neighborhood and togetherness in the old Copenhagen alley. Copenhagen Cooking invites you to join! The historic street Magstræde will form the backdrop for this special dinner, which will consist of unique dishes created by the prestigious chefs in Bocuse d'Or as well as chefs from Spisehuset in Magstræde. In collaboration, the restaurants create a delicious menu that tastes of summer in Copenhagen! In addition to great dining experiences, there is community and closeness on the menu - both locally in the street and with our guests.

Included in the price is also one of our festival beers 'Københavner Ale' as well as a Jacobsen glass. The beer can be exchanged for a water on the day.

Ceviche from the fish of the day, sherbs, cucumber gazpacho and yoghurt
Tomatoes from Toftegaard, pickled mussels, pine nuts and tarragon
Spisehuset's signature hummus made with fermented and pickled vegetables and sticks with grilled aubergine and mushrooms
Tiramisu with mirabelles
