Long-table dinner with focus on onion

Presented by Københavns Fødevarefællesskab (KBHFF)

Join us for a sensory and cozy long-table dinner where the humble onion takes center stage.

We’ll be serving a variety of shared dishes where the onion appears in multiple forms, showcasing the many flavor profiles this often-overlooked vegetable has to offer.

During the evening, we’ll be joined by one of KBHFF’s own growers: Lotte Lei – organic gardener, wine importer, and passionate garlic nerd – who will share her knowledge and experience.

The food is prepared with love for vegetables and made using Danish ingredients (including lots of onions!) from carefully selected growers who prioritize both quality and sustainability.

The dinner will take place in the beautiful greenhouse and garden of Det Bæredygtige Forsamlingshus (The Sustainable Community House). In case of rain, the event will move indoors to their equally charming indoor space.

Come and be part of a warm and welcoming day celebrating community, sustainability, and delicious flavors.
