Several people have asked if there will be Paella, Sangria and Spanish orchestra at Ælsk again this year. And to that we can reply: "SI!" Come and experience a magical Spanish evening.

Our names are Martin, Lars and Frederik. Martin and Lars are best friends. Frederik is Lars' son.
Ælsk is a restaurant that was loved even before it became a reality, because we have talked and thought about it over the past 8 years. We have all worked in the industry before, and we are driven by the love of food, wine and a service that gives our guests more than they expect.
Practicalities
Bring a sweater or a jacket, as the event is outdoor.
In case of rain...
We will move inside in the restaurant.
