We are Martin, Lars and Frederik. Martin and Lars are best friends, and Frederik is Lars’ son.

Ælsk is a restaurant that was loved long before it opened – because we had dreamed, talked, and planned it for the past eight years. We all come from the hospitality industry, and what drives us is our love of food, wine, and warm, attentive service that always gives guests more than they expect.
